Rayl Engineering & Surveying, LLC was established on August 24, 2009, by Alan L. Rayl, PE, PSM. With a career spanning over three decades, Alan has been a Registered Professional Engineer in Florida since 1991 and a Registered Professional Surveyor and Mapper since 1997. His extensive experience encompasses a wide range of sectors, including commercial, residential, municipal, and transportation projects across the Midwest, South and Central Florida, and the Caribbean. Alan also served as the County Engineer for Polk County's Land Development Division and was a dedicated Board Member of the Greater Mulberry Chamber of Commerce from 2008 to 2016, including a term as President in 2012.

 

At Rayl Engineering & Surveying, we offer comprehensive civil engineering and land surveying services, specializing in both private sector land development, design, and permitting, as well as public sector consulting for municipalities across Polk County. Our client base is diverse and includes local developers, businesses, CDDs, POAs/HOAs, national homebuilders, and the cities of Mulberry, Lake Alfred, Fort Meade, and the Town of Dundee.
